Sean is the President and the driving force behind Cunningham Construction. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry he knows what it takes to get projects completed on time, in budget, and all while achieving the highest quality. Together with the team he has put together of Superintendents and sub-contractors they help with design, cost control, scheduling, and the overall management of each project to ensure as smooth of a building process as possible for not only the client but all parties involved. Brian joined the team and very quickly came to play a pivotal role in what we do here at CCS. He has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Brian has a great eye for quality and is exceptionally detail oriented. He likes to spend time with his grandchildren and do small projects at home in his off time.
John Tucker
Construction Manager/Superintendent
John has been in the construction industry for almost 40 years. He has worked on a variety of projects throughout his career, including but not limited to retail, medical, industrial, residential, and multiple government-funded projects. He is a husband, father, and grandfather. John enjoys hobbies such as fishing, carpentry, and art.
Zach Berido
Construction Manager/Superintendent
Zach Berido is a true professional with over 15 years of hands on construction experience, he is a very valuable part of the team here at CCS. Zach has a great eye for detail and can push a job across the finish line while making sure the quality is top notch. When Zach is not working he spends his free time with his wife and 2 children. He enjoys the outdoors and sports when work and family will allow.
Steve Robinett
Project Manager
Steve has been in the construction industry for over 25 years and has been doing commercial construction for over 20 years. During that time, he has had the opportunity to work on a vast array of projects and types. Everything from a 30,000 sq ft facility to a 1000 sq ft remodel steve enjoys a challenge and brings the projects in on time and in budget for his Clients. His experience and problem solving is an asset to our clients.
